工作內容 Job Description
- 開發全球體驗供應商,從陌生開發到議價簽約、完工請款,達成開發目標。
- 協助市場訊息蒐集,提供市場情報。
- 客戶關係議價、維繫及解決問題。
- 各種業務話術、談判與客訴解決能力。
- 彙整供應商需求,持續追蹤及解決,並與內部各單位保持良好的溝通,以優化操作流程。
- 企業包團能力。
- Seek global tour suppliers for OwlTing Experiences; achieve goals including cold calling, negotiating, signing contracts with customers, and sending payment requests.
- Collect and provide market information.
- Negotiate with customers, maintain customer relationships, and solve problems.
- Promote using sales skills, negotiate, and handle customer complaints.
- Collect, track, and deal with suppliers' requests and communicate with other departments to optimize process flow.
- Handle private tours for business customers.
申請條件 Requirements
- 口齒清晰、邏輯清楚,具備開發經驗。
- 重視團隊精神,自發性強,有解決問題的能力,人際溝通能力佳。
- 對旅遊產業熟悉並可掌握市場趨勢。
- 觀光科系或相關產業經驗優先考慮。
- 精通英文,多益需700分以上。
- 具備第三外語(日,韓,泰等)能力者,優先考慮。
- Articulate and able to speak clearly and logically; experience in business development.
- A proactive person with ability to work both independently and as a team, solve problems, and communicate with great skills.
- Familiar with the tourism industry and its market trend.
- Degree in tourism or experience in a related industry is preferred.
- Proficient in English (Above 700 in TOEIC)
- Priority-A speaker of a third language (Japanese, Korean, Thai, etc.)
