資深行銷業務代表（Marcom）

工作內容 Job Description

• 整合行銷資源（包含部門內/公司內），提出OwlNest/NFT/OwlPay等新產品線行銷策略規劃及執行。
• 運用社群（包含但不限FB/IG/Tiktok/Twitter/Reddit）及創意發想能力增加產品觸及和品牌擴散
• 配合產品開發單位同步行銷新的NFT專案及不同的2B區塊鏈應用產品線。
• 其他主管或公司交辦之行銷專案。
• Consolidate marketing resources (including in the department/company), and develop and implement marketing strategies for new products such as OwlNest, OwlTing NFT Marketplace, and OwlPay.
• Leverage social media (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, and Reddit) and creativity to increase reach and enhance branding.
• Work with the development department to promote new NFT projects and various blockchain application products for businesses.
• Other assigned marketing projects.

申請條件 Requirements

• 有完整的行銷漏斗概念。不只會需要規劃，還需有各種管道獨立執行的能力。
• 能獨立完成作業，責任心強。對自己的專案有完成感的使命，但同時亦能協調其他單位的需求和意見
• （非必須）懂NFT相關商品加分，設計過NFT產品玩法roadmap大加分。
• 希望你具備優秀英文能力
• 優秀的文案力是個must。希望你曾親手操作過IG/FB/Line/電子報等社群行銷，如果你會Google Ads/FB Ads加分到不行。
• 腳步必須很快，希望你能跟的上世界！
• Having a comprehensive concept of the marketing funnel; ability to plan and implement the strategies.
• A responsible person who works independently, takes ownership of the job and communicates with other departments about their requests and feedback.
• (Not required) Understanding NFT is preferable; experience in creating NFT projects is a huge plus.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent copywriting skill is a must. Experience in social media marketing (Instagram/Facebook/Line/newsletter, etc.) and Google Ads/Facebook Ads is highly preferred.
